I decided to drop down Cadillac... I made it down, but that trail is definitely over my skill level. I walked parts, and rode the brakes most of the way when I was on the bike. It was steep, loose, and there were several areas where the "road" had ruts deeper than I am tall. It was fun to see once, but I'll take Santiago back out next time. There was also a spot near the bottom where a car went over the side, probably quite some time ago. It's still there upside down on the side of the hill.
