It will depend on whether or not my family comes up with me. If it is just my son and I we will be looking to go cheap. If the wife and daughter come too then it will most likely be Shilo Inn so we can bring our dogs.

Sorry about the delay in responding, but work is sucking my will to live straight out of my body. About a road trip to Kernville, for me it'd be a Friday-Sunday thing. I don't know any of the trails, but one of the guys I ride with knows jfish, so I was kind of banking on him either joining in or introducing me.
I'm still kicking around the timing, etc. Once I fugure everything out, I'll drop you a line.
It should be thawed by September. I would probably be going up that Tuesday the 7th and staying until Thursday. I'm on vacation that week.

No. Only have weekends and planned vacations off. Once in a while I can get an unscheduled day off but it's rare.

Sorry I've been off the bike for the past 3 months. Work schedule has me traveling overtime. I haven't even checked in here very often. I'll get back at it this summer when travel slows down.

I am back in cali. still getting over the flu. Maybe one day next week I can venture out that way and do some riding. gotta make sure my bike is ok to ride. Its been acting up on me. My rear shock is ****ed up. lol
No can do on the Simpson ride, I have to pick up my daughter and aslo packing stuff up to move.
