Bryguy17, Hey i cracked my talas lowers and have purchased new lowers and need to learn how to do a rebuild on my forks. If you could give me a private lesson on a different day weekend or weekday what ever your schedule will accommodate.I want to come to the clinic but i do not want my fork to be a bigger job than the easy fork oil change and seal instal.Unless you think this will be good for all parties that need to learn. We talked about Dana Point Hills, let me know when you want to hit, I usually ride there on the weekends and at night. Even though it would be virgin territory at night, it's very clean and flowy. Let me know if you'd like to roll it sometime.

Hey, you posted your hand pain thing just before I joined, and I just saw the thread today. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I understand the hand pain thing in a major way. I will never solve the pain problem entirely b/c of it, but I have helped it immensely by changing my grips & also wearing gel gloves. I was wondering how your hands are doing & what you did to help them?
