Because I do, And I am in one right now, seems everytime I ride for about the last two months, I am hitting the ground pretty hard at least once a ride.
I find that when I crash for no apparent reason, or at least I can't figure out why I crashed, I really begin to doubt myself. Once the confidence drops, the crashing begins! Instead of trying new trails or techniques, go back to what you're familiar with, and have fun. Get the confidence built up again. Just my 2 cents.
I tend to fear the Ides of March. Historically, I seem to have a pretty bad crash/physical ailment right around the middle of march, for the better part of my life.
I have broken my arm a few times and twice were in March, once on a road bike and once on a mtn bike. I call it spring conditioning. :-k
LOL, not me, I would have WAY too many!!!I'm hoping that was last season for me.
Anyone else save all their busted helmets? I've got a pretty good pile of them going.
Does that mean you took three consecutive crashes to knock out your grill?:bang:I always crash in three's:lol:
