So I heard you got some stitches, heal up soon!

PS, what was the name of that burrito place in Tustin you and Andre were talking about, I might want to check it out.
I really haven't trained for off road before.  The last duathlon (it was off road) I did I just went for it.  I'm trying to figure it out myself this time around so I don't kill myself like before. I just figure hill training on the runs. Maybe some elevation work and using OTH races for my off road training at race pace. :?:

Do you follow a training plan for Xterras? The distances dont really fall into a road catagory, they are inbetween olympic and halfIron distances.
Quick Tri question what is the differance in your training when you train for Xterra Vs road Tris?

Tony,

If it's not too late I would like to demo some 29" tires. I currently run Schwalbe Nobby Nic tires. I would like to demo something comparable and let you know how your tires compare. Fullerton bikes is my local shop so let me know if the opportunity is still available.

Thank You

Ed
Hello Mr. Sick, thanks for the invite. I haven't seen any discussion for it??? Might work out nicely, as long as it's not freakin' hot this weekend!!!

Hope you're doing okay, things not so hunky-dory last I saw you.

David
