Beside price and weight. What are the advantages or disadvantages of having a Ti spring. I currently run a 650x2.30 on my DHX5.0. Would the same spring rate apply if I go to a Ti spring? Any info would be appreciated.

I stepped my spring rate up from a 300 steel to a 350 Ti. It feels about the same. I also feel that the Ti spring feels better, I'm no metal expert but I'm pretty sure titanium is more flexy than steel but with a higher tensile strength but anyway it just felt more responsive and had a little bit faster rebound; it's hard to explain unless you test it
