New Hampshire transplant to Santee, hello SoCal!

Hey all,
Just moved here from NH a couple months ago, been focused on SD for a few years now and found a killer job and decided to move the family out. Really enjoying the people, climate, and culture so far... everything is pretty great. I've been riding the roads around the Santee/ El Cajon area but am now just finishing up putting a Bluto fork on my Trek Farly and getting ready to take my East Coast skills to these trails and see where I stand. The Farley was my winter solace back in New England, but here it just seems like a fun way to rip some singletrack.

So hello southern Cali, any suggestions on trails or groups in the area are really appreciated... ride on!

welcome!! I'm originally from SD, lived in Mass for 17 yrs( till 2002), now live inland from LA(inland empire). I didn't really do alot of mtn biking back east but do alot now.
There is a SD mtn bike group (can't remember the name) . Mtns east of the city suppose to be great Julian,Cuyamaca areas. Head a little north and there's lots of good stuff!! Mtn bike bill is a great resource(website) , also imtbtrails.com. Keep posting here for more questions!
