Hey, I just saw that you're doing the CC. That is awesome! I'm going to give you a call this week and finally drop off your trainer (feel bad it has taken this long, been really busy with stupid group projects).

Wasn't the sunrise awesome in maui on top of mountain alittle to be getting up. I went there last year and did the downhill for 37 miles and road around town. I think everybody should at least do this once

Okay, so where were you at pizza? We were sitting with rollingmomma and denmother. Did you meet Luke? Btw, Luke was relieved I didn't go. Between the climbing and the exposure, he said there is no way I would have survived the ride. Apparently it was a good thing I went to Snow Summit instead. :)

So we both did San Juan on Saturday and Whiting + Luge yesterday. Is this weird or what?

Sounds like you've been doing some serious riding. How was your ride on San Juan? I did it on Saturday and made all the switchbacks for the first time.

Julie! I'm so glad you contacted me! I posted a thread in the women's forum to allow you in. George used to be in charge of that, but he has a lot of work and I think one of the moderators can do it.

Thanks so much for the compliment. SSing is a totally different way of riding, and I'm sore in muscles that I don't think I ever really use (a lot of arm work). I hadn't been on mine for quite some time. And, it sounds like you have a lot more experience with more technical stuff, like kicking the can.

Hope to see you on the trails sometime--you should try one of the cool Dirty Girlz rides; we're not like other chicks ;)
