Grandpa is the coolest

So I was at work today and had to run an errand, when I got back there was this mysterious cooler and Neil was gaurding it like woobie gaurds wings. So I asked whats in the cooler. Well Tim aka Grandpa dropped off a ton of fresh tuna. I took 2 steaks home with me and made the best fish of my life. It was so good. Neil gave me some tips on how to cook it and the flavor was awesome. Thank You Tim your the man. My girlfriend and I were way stoked!

Woobie, the key is deep fat fry on a stick, slather on melted butter and Franks Hot Sauce and presto! Hot Tuna Wings:lol:

Did you sear it, and baste it with a little brown butter? Then serve it on some grilled eggplant, fennel, mushrooms and roasted red bell peppers with a yellow tomato sauce?
