Calculated risk taking is the name of the game....
And on these words of wisdom, I am forever, never, never leaving my house! I think that'll reduce the "unnecessary risk".![]()
No, that's not what she was saying. Reread her post from previous page. Her intro pretty much calling one of my best friends as irresponsible and selfish......after he had already lost his life. She has no right to judge him, or anyone.Coolbreeze, I am sorry for your loss and for the families of both people who died recently.
Your description of what happened makes it sound like he did not intend to be airborne and did not know how to control the bike when he was. This is kind of what biknpam was saying.
Coolbreeze, I am sorry for the loss of your friend...
I concur 100%. That was nothing short of hypocritical bullshit. I have so much to say, but I'm going to bite my tongue and move forward from this so I can continue to celebrate Andy's life and all the great memories I have of him. Biknpam, you need stop worrying so much about what everyone is doing and focus on yourself and your family. It is obvious that there are some open wounds that you need to deal with and you should tend to them in a different manner. If you feel the need to preach, then use yourself as an example and not someone who you know nothing about. You have no right to use MY friend as an "example" of your past and personal mistakes in life, however, my advice to you is to just don't do it. Andy wasn't out breaking the law or trying to do backflips. He was out enjoying life with his friends and made an error in judgment of the terrain. Everyone lives their lives by their own set of rules and beliefs, so don't be so quick to judge. That's what makes us all unique individuals. In addition, you know nothing about his wife and mother of 4 kids, so don't discount her and assume that she can't handle raising them by herself. Mindy has a master in Child Psychology and teaches numerous kids in addition to her own on a daily basis. She is very strong individual and has plenty of support from family and friends if needed. So, go handle your shit and stop coming on this forum trying to handle everyone's shit.Since you love passing on "wisdom" let me give you some.....You should've just stopped right here. No need for all the other BS you threw up in your post.
