All we need is cables and a basic tune-up for MrsMtnbikerfred's new ride.

I want to thank all my LBS homies for helping get this together. I got some gear from (in no particular order) Adrenaline, Fullerton Bikes, The Path, and of course Eric "TheBush" for the deal too stupid to pass up for the nearly complete bike to start with. Some stuff came off my Coiler, and there are even some parts from my old Gary Fisher on it.

Let me get this straight..... TheBush sold you a 90% complete bike for $20 and some beer? Did you see anything else in his garage?

Looking forward to seeing it in person!

Hey can I have it back now that it's built up?!?! :?:  j/k

I'm very happy that Fred got this because I wanted it to go to a good home.

Lookout!! She Rolls!!
I can tell you this much. This bike rides as nice as any new bike I've worked on, maybe better. I'm shocked at how nice it came out for how little I put into it, and despite the lackey who put it together. Fullerton Mike asked me if I knew what I was doing, I confessed I had no idea :?:

I put a gel saddle cover and the biggest tires I had hanging around on it for comfort.

Hey Fred if you need any help let me know. I'm there for ya.
I want to go with ya's on the first ride. So where are you going to go?

Looks good! I'm sure she'll have a ....blast on this?

hahaha, so punny.

Soooooo, who is more excited about this build, you or the Mrs?

Nice looking rig and now you have somewhat matching rides. Cooldealieo.

SS that bad boy.

It was a thought, but I don't think it would be the best frist-bike for MrsMtnbikerfred.

I think she is since she kept asking me "When is my bike going to be done"? Last night she asked my if it would be done before dark so she could ride it.

Yup, we're turning into a Kona-Clan
