2009 Fox Talas 150 RLC, QR15 fork

Bought this fork a few days ago and then realize I can't really use it.

It is in great working condition and stanchions are perfect but it does have some scratches and cable rub on the lower nothing would affect the performance. Steer is cut to exactly 7.5 inches.
