I'm surprised they still have the 06's in stock and new.
I'm considering ordering one as a back up fork. This by far the best fork Marz ever made. I deeply regret selling mine.

i myself recently got a 888 and i cant believe i never got one earlier. its an 04 but super plush. get it and keep it this time.

I just picked up 2005 888RC and can't wait to put it to the test.. glad to hear these older 888 are still kickin a$$ out there :bang:

do it! 700 isn't a bad deal for a brand new one. a good condition used one still sells for 400 or so

I always thought the '07 RC2X's were the best ones, simply because they went to a post mount instead of IS. Don't think I'll be parting with my '07 WC with the BOS cartridge unless someone gives me a lot of money for it.

Both are solid though. Some of the best forks ever made I thought.

i just got an 07 888rc2x this thing blows my 66rc2x outa the water, i thought they would be about the same but im just diggin this fork i traded it straight across for my 06 66rc2x
