I light too many incense and candles for my own good. Seems to be one of the few things that relaxes me enough to go to sleep. 8-[

    What about you?

I'm confused. Is my "guilty pleasure" something I do to relax? Then, that would be listening to some really good music (like Devin Townsend) on headphones.

If it's food, then it has to be Ben and Jerry's ice cream. That stuff is the devil. Well, that and deep fried twinkies. I actually considered buying a fryer simply to make those things. Damn good! Thank God you can only get them at the Fair. And, I hate the Fair.

There's some choice answers here. But I'm going to have to go for.....the first beer on an empty stomach after a tough ride, and thinking about those few fleeting moments when I was in the zone....when my legs weren't killing me.
