    a few weeks back complaining about Jenson USA's price match policy? Ran a search and couldn't find it.

    Had a sour experience to add to it. Sponsors allowed to delete negative threads?

    most if not all websites do that. including sites that I'm maintaining :)

    That's a pity, Makes me second guess any reviews about bike shops here, if they only allow the good to stay.

    I don't know the mechanics of the Vendor Forums or exactly who has access to the admin features there, but Jenson and the other participating companies pay a premium to sponsor them. If they're able to manage negative content in their respective forums, I can hardly fault them for doing so.

    That said, the OP makes a good point of being concerned about reviews posted there. Luckily there's a dedicated forum for shop reviews that is independent of any particular vendor, so you can post your reviews there with confidence.

    Maybe the found people were taking advantage of the policy so they made it tougher.

    If Jenson wont match the price, why dont you just buy from the competitor? Then you could go to bed knowing that you got a deal that even Jenson couldn't match. You're welcome.

    I did. But thanks for your wisdom anyways.

    I was trying to add to an order I already had with Jenson, and because I have had good experiences with them in the past. But now I won't be able to sleep because I am not supporting my local bike shop. AHHHHH!

    I had the same situation on an order that I had placed. They were unable to add to the order but they offered to cancel the entire order. I went ahead and did that and just reordered everything along with the item that I had gotten the price match from Jenson.
