    Here's the pick. Griffith Park this morning. So I put in the spare and the valve break in half before I got to even inflate it. Thank God I had patch to fix the tube that took this bullet. The twig went in all the way to the rim tape.

    The last time I had a flat on the road was in Griffith and that was about 2 years ago. I say don't ride Griffith any more. :)
