I ride a lot of road to get to the trailhead here in Pasadena. I live in East Pasadena, and JPL is on the west side of town. I hate to involve a car when riding, so I leave from my driveway. The new Flux is right on point for this job. I can get across town pretty fast with the new 27.5's and turn a loop Brown Mountain/ El Prieto loop and head home. Luckily there is the Rancho Bar at the top of Lake. Good stop on the way home.

I looked at OOOGLE EERTH and saw a nice trail that will bring you from the bottom of Mt Wilson Toll Road to the Mt Lowe RR trail. It looked pretty fun, twisty, SB's, lots of climbing and drops. Have you ridden this one?

I think that's the Zane Gray Trail. Great for dog walkers and Horseback. Not so much for the bikes. I have ridden it to my friend's backyard though. It does cross the top of Altadena.

Nice sled, Ted. Always a solid product from the Turner camp. Congrats on landing on the perfect bike for your needs. Here's to many happy miles...

Glad to see there is another one out there. Although, I do like being the only one with the new Flux on my local trails. 20151031_092145.jpg
