ohmanohmanohman...it was one of those things that you don't do twice in life, i'll tell you that! I'm pretty seasoned as far as that sort of thing goes, and it still took me a good 24 hours to fully recover.

Ok, so this was my bacon explosion that I made new year's morning...
1. Weave the bacon mat, and add dry rub
2. Add 2lbs of sausage and pulled pork
3. Add 1lb cooked bacon, bbq sauce, and imperial stout
4. Wrap it up, tied so it won't fall apart, and cook for ~2 hours.

I have been through worse. This what the landing was like. I think this might have been the same day. We were one of the last planes to land before the diverted all the planes to Portland. I remember watching the news and them showing a bunch of planes doing the same thing.
