Today I replenished the Stan's sealant in my bike's tires. For all the trouble I had with its initial tubeless installation, this was the exact opposite -- easy as could be.
The wheels are the stock 27.5 on the Giant Talon; the tires are the Arcent. I used the Stan's injector.
Truly painless.
