Maybe it is my old eye sight but does the father not look like Dirty (Dustin) might when he gets a bit older? :-k:lol::beer:
I've yet to find a person who has gotten a tattoo and doesn't eventually regret it. It's a stain and a scream for attention - LOL, I'm sure this comment will go over well here. Especially with the under-25 DH crowd!
Oh man, the tat of Atlas is GREAT!!! Super clever! (Not that I would want him under my boobie for eternity or my folks to see it but man gotta love the ingenuity!)
Gotta love masuimi max, theres some tattoos in there somewhere. hmmmm. Obviously we've never met. I don't regret any tattoo I have. I got my tattoos for myself and no one else. I researched my artist before sitting down for the first time when I was 24. I am 33 now and plan to get tattooed on and off until I'm too old to know my name. Granted some tattoos are stupid, dumb and absolutely junk. But to say all tattoos are a "stain" really irks me. Your comment is ignorant and rude.
I love tasteful tattoos (of course, that statement is rather subjective), however, the placement of the tattoos can dictate your future. Who the hell do you think is going to hire you with "psycho" on your forehead? Or, with whiskers coming out of your cheeks?
Why would it irk you. It's the very definition of a Tattoo. Verb 1. stain (skin) with indelible color (hypernym) stain (entail) prickle, prick Plus, not everyone likes tats he's alllowed his opinion. Some people think tattoos are ignorant and rude. I'm not trying to piss you off, but you must of known that when you got them that some people were automaticlly going to judge you and stereo type you as either W/T, a gangbanger or a cry for attention. Not that I'm calling you any of that, I couldn't care less about tats.
Well I certainly didn't mean to be rude and I certainly did not mean for you to take it personally - just my opinion. But indeed the ink does "stain" the skin and while most people claim they do it for themselves it is by virtue of itself a heralding of a message to those around you. Reminds me of when a woman gets an augmentation proclaims it's for "herself" and then immediately buys the lowest cut blouse she can find. You calling my post ignorant is rude however, but I'm tough and can handle it, no worries mate! Now let's go for a ride and I'll let you a beer afterward!
He used stain in the context of being dirty and undesirable. He is certainly entitled to his opinion, and I can respect that he doesn't like them, however I object to the stain remark. If he said he doesn't like them or their not his thing, no problem. And some tattoos are ignorant and rude - hateful, white power and gang tats are without a doubt. I rarely show my tats to anyone besides my wife and family. But you are correct that many people do use them for attention, just not all. Generalizations get me fired up. I apologize for calling you ignorant and rude. We can agree to disagree! Let's ride!:drunk:
No wonder I was told I have to look in here...... Not a chance will I look that way......... Im already as old as that drugouted fool is.. Keep the stupid ones coming!!! EDIT..... A Good one, twenty minutes after finished.
Most my tattoo's are older then the posters here and I Don't regret them now or at any other time since the day I got them. But I would have used a different needle type as over the years they have blended together and now the great detailing that had been done is lost. So anyone getting a tattoo keep that in mind. All lines will more then triple in thickness in 10 years time. Have them use a fine needle and pay extra for the detail. Don't scrimp on it either. Find the artist you need and pay him/her what they want.
LOL I've been asked by quite a few to see if their chinese character tatoo says anything stupid. The truth is most of chinese characters does not mean much by itself and if it does mean something it can change in relation to the character next to it. They have to be arranged properly to mean anything good or bad. Most of the tattoo I have seen generally don't mean anything because improper use and/or arrangement of the characters.....most of the time it's both. To complicate things even more japanese uses the same chinese characters a bit differently especially when comes to character usage and arrangement. It is actually not that easy to say something really dumb because most of people don't know the language enough to use the right characters and in right sequence to say anything. 99% of the time when I see a chinese character tattoos they are just a bunch of gibberish that doesn't mean anything.....kinda like when I see sdwesoese. So to sum it up most chinese character tatoos look dumb because it does not mean anything and not because it says something really dumb.......though that does happen.
