    I
use the Hyper 3.0. Wingnuts do not come with a bladder I use my 100oz Camelback bladder. You can carry 2 100oz bladders if you want. Also the pockets and storage areas are waterproof. You can carry dry bags in between the pockets because they have wings with stretch cords. The Path normally has them in stock.

Since this will be my first time at Hurkey, what kind of tire would serve me well, I'm riding a 29'er hardtail, thx.

When you ride, do you like to go off trail, run over cactus, hunt out and plow into every sharp edged piece of shale you can find? Or do you ride slow and carry your bike over rocks?

Hurkey and surrounding areas have buff rockless single track to pro level downhill runs. I would run what you have on your bike now.

I run Captain 2.2 Armadillos. 2.4 Racing Ralphs with Snakeskins or 2.4 Hans Dampts. All UST rims and tubeless tires, I do not like fixing tires on the trail. When I single speed out there 2.0 Captain Sworks and regular Racing Ralphs and pick good lines.

Seems that is where we met Mr. Clean not Johnny Dirt. And now it's looks like we won't have to worry about rain but snow. Friday 37 High 27' Low, chance of snow. Stop Dancing already....Anyone for Vegas?

HTFU boys! Weather keeps flip flopping but I think it'll turn in to some nice hero dirt and big cuddles around a huge bonfire!

Won't get as cold as that weekend camping we did in Flagstaff. Extra firewood may be in order. I understand if people don't like the cold. I don't like the heat.

I'm at the point where I don't like either. Very true about that great Flag camping week. Snow ride? Beautiful!

Looks like I have my camp spot to myself at this time. I may have to cancel as well. Starting a new job and may have to work. Im am trying my best to make it, would hate to waste a campsite. Im 95% a go, just depends on if they want me to work that weekend. Cant turn down work at a new job as that doesnt look to good. Fingers crossed.

I just called to check cancellation policy. At this point we would forfiet $13 plus first nights fee. If you cancel with 48 hours you lose all, but if it rains, you can call Thursday and get a full refund. I will be waiting. Also you can rescheduled twice for no charge.

Thanks for staying on top of that. I check the weather each day. 5 different sites. So far, they don't all agree on the rain or snow or no precipitation but they do agree on the cold.
