Funny you should say that!! Are you still training with James? He has be doing tumbling to simulate rolling when you crash. How long has it been since you've done a somersault on purpose???:lol:

I actually used to incorporate tumbling into my trainging, but that was a while ago. I'm just not going to hit the ground anymore! haha.

Nice RR everyone. It looked like a smaller crowd this time, I guess the threat of rain kept them away. But some of those shots with all the green and the mountains in the background are pretty awesome. Fontucky never looked so good.

Sorry I didn't make it out to support you guys this time, I end up in Temecula on Sat and was hanging with the kids on Sun.

You guys/ladies need to encourage my wife to stay out longer to take more pics. Nevermind, that means I get to edit more pics.

There were so many photographers along the course yesterday. On my race run, I came in hot on one right hand corner on top all contorted and *flash*!!!! I was like DAMNIT!! That would look so bad in a picture. I didn't care whether that may have cost me some time. I'm all for looking good for the camera.

I had a fun weekend out there, my race run toatally sucked though, blew out like 5 corners or more and I found out how horribly out of shape I am. It was cool metting mechmann, allision, sdyeti, cbharping, denmother, and roger. Hopefully I'll be at the next race. Anybody have any pics of me, 742m, orange swd 216
