S Demo7 wheel adjust.

It seems Surf City cant grasp the concept that a Demo (those of which they sell) has a 6mm to the left dish on the rear wheel. So, I have a new wheel set on its way and I was wondering if anybody knows of a person or shop that can do this for me. Someone closeish to Seal Beach. I can make small adjustments but this is kinda out of my scope as of now.

Richards Cyclery on Valley View and chapman. Sort of a different shop, lots of out of the ordinary type stuff, but the guy can turn a wrench and builds great wheels. His turnaround is usually pretty quick as well.

pretty much anyone who can build a wheel and follow simple verbal instructions I should think:lol:.
Out of interest, why are they dished off centre? I can see that it would allow the wheel to be built up with a greater tension on the braking side though, which must be good.
