I havent had much motivation riding recently due to the heat. I finally relented yesterday and did a night ride up West Ridge Trail.

My intention was to get my legs stretched out for possibly more riding in the weekend.

Not much to report except for a surprising weather phenomena.

As I approached the peak of West Ridge Trail coming up from the west side, I got a blast of heated air in the face. There seemed to be a channel of hot air coming from the valley, through the canyons and down West Ridge. It mustve really be cooking in the valley yesterday. No problem riding shirtless last night. I was dripping wet when I got back to the car.

My rear tire was almost flat after the ride last night. I checked this morning, the sealant is dried up in both tire. Check yours.

That is all.
