Aluminum or brass nipples?

I ask because, on my wife's Roval carbon wheels, all the alum nipples are corroding and breaking after about 6 years of tubeless setup. Specialized shops will have to send them to Specialized for this replacement work, and it will be expensive, with spokes replaced along with the nipples. Never would have purchased the wheels if I had known there was an expiration date on the nips. A big, expensive hassle.
