Hello all. I used to mtb 5-6 times a week. About 2 and a half years ago I endured a pretty serious back injury and have been on my bike maybe 3 times since the injury. My back is finally better but unfortunately I'm am now beyond out of shape and gained a good bit of weight. I am wanting to ride again but am needing to take things slow. I'm looking for someone to ride with a few times a week in the mornings or early afternoons. Trails I'm open to excuse of proximity to where I live are Peters canyon, Irvine and possibly Fullerton loop. Once I'm in better shape im open all trails.
