It's time to replace the old aluminum road bike. Time and too many miles have taken their toll on the ol' girl and it's time to put it out to pasture. I came across a Fuji Roubaix LTD frameset and it has vitually the same geometry as the current setup so fit and feel should be relatively similar.

I know there are a ton of other frameset options out there, but this deal is just too good not to take a good look at. I'm using this strictly for MTB training so I'm not too worried about road race readiness. All the parts from the old bike (Ultegra) should transfer over to the new frame but I'm looking for opinions on the frameset itself.

Anyone have any experience with Fuji's Hi-Mod Carbon seatstays/fork or with Fuji road bikes in general?

Any input would be helpful. I'm not up on road bike quality reputations.

there a so many out there to choose from you have to decide whether you wan a race bike/touring/endurance etc and they all make a difference.

I went from a race geometry to a more upright setup and am loving it so much
