Hi all, just wanted to pass this info on from SDMBA. If you've got plans to ride Noble, try to plan around the Saturday of the race! NOTICE: Noble Canyon 50K Endurance Trail Run Saturday, September 29th, 7am to 4pm The USDA Forest Service has granted a use permit for an ultra trail run this date which will start at 7 am and end at 4 pm. There will be approximately 120 - 150 runners on the trail that day. For safety and goodwill, SDMBA asks you to avoid Noble Canyon and Laguna Meadow trails on that date. Funny you should post this Allison. Several years back, I was climbing up Noble and ran into this group of runners coming down. I obviously pulled over and watched as they streamed by for some time.
Probably isn't very much fun for either of you Hopefully if we respect their events in turn they will do the same for us!
