More non-riding weather ahead

Honestly I like it, even though I have the day off work and I can't ride. I've been in California over 8 months and this is one of the only days I've just chilled out at my place. Then again, I'm tempted to take my skis or snowshoes up in the mountains and play, but I'm sure my car wouldn't make it.

Good day to put the fenders on my commuter, this week's gonna be wet.

Oh man, I ride, hike, camp, in all kinds of weather, and I doesn't afraid of anything. I spent 5 days soaking in three inches of freezing water on West Fork Road under a spread of oak trees, emerging from time to time to bike to the next Geocache game piece only to return to the "comfort" of my soaked sleeping bag. What fun! Water is life.

water, in small to medium sized drops has been falling from the sky since i woke up this morning. some of it got on me as i went to the car. its temperature felt cold. my girlfriend, as well as co-workers also observed this phenomena. will keep you posted as things progress.
