These are my favorite tires. The HighRollers are awesome in Arizona and very popular.
Too bad that deal isnt for UST. Im a UST only guy now. If UST tires can survive months in Arizona with no flats and no maintaince why mess?

I recently tore the sidewall on a nearly new 2.35 UST Highroller. I was so pissed. I can still use the tire with a tube, though. The Superglue trick wouldn't work.

I just ordered these from Jenson and as it turns out they're single ply's with side walls as thin as condoms.
Accoriding to Tani at the Path Maxxis no longer makes 2.35's in the dual ply/dh casing. Single ply's don't work for me as prefer the weight addage over having to deal with flats. Some have told me that the UST's with tubes is a good option, though weighty.
Looks like I'll be going Kenda Blue Groove 2.35.

Try an automotive glue-on patch. I've done it many times on torn sidewalls.
The sidewalls on the non-UST Highrollers are much better than the Kenda's. The negatives on the Highrollers are the rolling resistance and the small size for 2.3 They are much easier to convert to tubeless than Kendas. The 60 Duro tires last a long time.

I tried patching it, but it was on the sidewall close to the bead. The patch wouldn't stick. I tried to thoroughly clean off the Stan's, and I even tried scuffing up it up, but it didn't really stick. However, I think the real reason was because it was too close to the bead.

The highrollers have very little rolling resistance. I find them better at higher pressure then low pressure. I ride them on Stans and havent have any problems yet.

I also have them on the front and back. Mine is 2.1 . I used to hate them but that was because I had them at 25 psi. Once I air them up to 35-40 psi. I loved them. for paved road, they make your bike feel like its a road bike. Smooth and fast.
