Knee injury

Wow I almost forgot about this place!!
Back in April i had acl replacement surgery. I had to let my Mcl reheal itself before the ACL surgery. I did it playing flag football on artificial turf during a quick turn.
I am still doing therapy. Anyone dealt with a bad knee? I am dealing with horrible tendonitis. How long were you off? Do you still have issues. I was told to stay off for 9-12months. I use a stationary. Thanks for any advice. I am sad to see my bike sit there so long :-(

I've been fortunate enough NOT to have any knee issues other than IT band pain that a roller didn't take care of.

Hopefully the skeleton crew will see your post and offer some helpful tips.

I have a bad knee, but it doesn't really hurt, and I have a skeleton, but it seems to be OK. I have no advice, but I wanted to reply just to blow some dust off this place. Take drugs for pain, ice for swelling and apply liberal doses of beer. Sorry - best I could do.

If your knee has bad status, yet, without pain what concerns you. Yes I realize you didn't express concern! Maybe it's the dust that's affecting me.

Why do "people" come back here to chastise independent folks for still being here if they're so content elsewhere? Egocentricism?
We're Americans, I know who the "enemy" is! Dividing over mtb web sites is quite frankly childish to me. But hey, why let other country's beliefs separate us, let's do it amongst ourselves over frivolous SHIT.
Yeah, I've got family that had served, is serving, and no longer can serve.....they're dead!

OC ding, no knee injuries here. Simply encourage you to go all out with PT.
I've found the supplemental challenge with such injuries is mental health as well. A whole other animal to overcome.
I sincerely wish you a complete and whole healing and recovery.
