Looking for a kids bike for an 8 year old, most likly 24's in the $200 region. Anyone got any ideas I like the K2 Zed 24
Consider used if anybody has something

I have this 20" Trek MT60 . Barely used. Adjustable cranks and stem.

My boy rides the same K2 Zed24, seems to be a good bike. He certainly has a lot of fun on it, and has gained a lot of confidence with it since moving up from a smaller Marin.

20" Wheels? I think thats going to be too small, This bike gonna need to last him until he's about 12 I would think

It's for my nephew, it it was for my son it be no expense spared! I have a 20% off coupon for REI, so I think I'm steering them towards the Zed.
Kids bikes do suck in general, his current bike weighs as much as my 29 er???
