the rain has made the riding in the kern valley absolutely awesome!!! the keysville rec area is puddle free since the dg has soaked up all the moisture and is like riding on velcro... the dutch flat trail is amazing for dh... come get some laps in before the 22 annual keysville classic race... there is snow above 4000 ft but the lower stuff is rad! the bull run/ whiskey (not so) flat trails are super tacky and are in great shape, get'em before they dry out and turn into sand... the rincon trail has snow up on it's saddles, but the southern most end is rideable with super tech rocks and ruts!

the keysville race is march 19-21... there will be some changes to the courses this year to make it a bit more fun and challenging... check it out! xc, short track, and dh...

Thanks for the report Scott I might be heading up to my pad this weekend and was thinking of hitting up the Whiskey Flat trail.
