I just got home from 3 hours of x rays and exams. I usually ride under the assumption that everyone out there in a car is out to kill me, today I let the negative thoughts go and wouldn't you know it, Some idiot in a car, talking on her bluetooth headset, decided to turn left in front of me as I approached her. She pretty much didn't give me any out and I went over the bars. All she was concerned about was her car, nice person.
Luckily for me I had an eyewitness who came forward and to add icing to the cake, LAPD was at the intersection while they waited on a red light.
My motorcycle is damaged but it could have been worse and I have a feeling this will teach the HO to pay more attention the road and not her conversation while driving.
Be careful out there, whether on dirt or asphalt.
