JD Squared Model 3 bender with 1.5 die

    I have a 3-4 year old JD Squared Model 3 bender with a 1.5 die, bender new is 299, degree indicater is 69, die is anoyther 299 ish , looking for 400 or so. I figured I would post here first then put it on race-dezert.com

    According to the company's website, the 3 now comes with the degree indicator.

    It's a little rich for my blood, especially since I don't need the 1.5" die, and the place where I do need a bender uses tubing thinner than the recommended minimum thickness.

    too heavy duty for bike tubing. This is a good entry level bender for building race cars though or anything .095 and thicker.

    I have the JD Squared model 4 bender(hydraulic/electric) with round tubing dies from 1/2 to 2 1/2 in 1/4 inch increments and a few sets of square tubing dies as well. these benders work grreat! And yes as jcampbell says great bender for bike tubing! Dont worry about the minimum wall tubing they say you can use, there is a fudge factor!
