get dirt and everything else that piles up in the seat post hole. i have a bunch of sand ect. and need to know a good way to get it out. when i slide my seat post I can hear it scraping but yet i have no way to get it out.

I use a rag taped to a broom handle with a small diameter. It cleans the interior of the seat tube perfectly every time. :beer:

I prefer to use a hose/water but most frames don't do well with this method.

could you use a mini pipe snake while holding the frame upside down? liek a baby bottle cleaner shoved up and pulled back with a string?

not sure if you have a bike stand?

yea, i went to target and bought a bottle cleaner for like 99 cents, and has a micro brush built into the handle... works great for all kinda cleaning jobs...
