Here's the description of what you'd be buying, straight from Denis;
Fixture is approximately 8 years in possescion, with an average of 8 tig welded frames per year. Just back from Henry James for a tune up to sell. Asking $2,300.00- or a reasonable offer. Designed to mount on a bike stand, it includes the owners manual and set up protractor.
Darin, I can't think of anything else to mention right now. They sell for $2850.00 before options from Henry James new. I just verified that last night.
