Immediate opening for a drafter in Riverside, near downtown Riverside. Candidate would be responsible for creating customer specific cut sheet drawings, manufacturing assembly drawings and manufacturing fabrication drawings. Candidate would also be responsible for inputting BOMs for new parts, managing BOMs for old parts and calculating run times. Other duties would include inspecting parts for conformance to standards and whatever else comes up. PM me if you are interested.

P.S. its a 3 mile ride to the base of two trees and and 4 mile ride to Sycamore Canyon

Looking for guys with experience operating shears, punch, notchers, ironworker, brakes, pinch rollers, etc. welding, Waterjet, and layout capabilities a plus. We work with all metals. We are very understaffed right now and adding new projects to our portfolio. Please PM me for details! Positions are in our Santa Ana regional office which will be relocating to the airport area (Dupont Center) in the fall.

If anyone knows any recent college grads, this is a great foot in the door to the commercial property management field. The admin assistant position is paying $35k and the property administrator position is paying between $35k and $50k depending on experience.
