Grand Opening 4/3/10!!

Excellent! I have a Wotan that has a damaged rebound adjuster. My son was trying to ride a curb (practicing for the log ride in Mammoth) and the wheel fell off of the curb with the rebound adjustment knob taking the impact. Other than that the fork works fine but I would probably have the oil changed since it will be in for service anyway.

 

:bang:Benches are being welded today, then off to powdercoating.No wood in this shop.:bang:

Benches are nearly done, a few supports to weld up, they are insane, gotta give my pops some credit, 30+ yrs. of doing this stuff pays off when you want something done like art.Powdercoating will be done by tuesday.Insane looking is all I can say.

 

:bang:Finally done with benches, dropped off at powdercoater today, will have them monday or tuesday.Very glad we did these of metal, fully welded mild steel,1X2in rectangle, ground down and blended welds.Bench tops will sit flat and recessed within framework.1st page updates

Got hooked up on some cabinets, as I dont want overstock and supplies sitting out.They match the theme as well, stoked.Same with tooling, all in new tool boxes.

 

2 weeks to go, yes I dont sleep between prepping new store and still working while also having some time for the family.I love coffee.I had this vision years ago to have a true one stop Pro shop, yes more boutique, but a true pro shop, something people say WOW , not for what great products they have, not for what great service they have, not great people they have, but having a reaction of WOW for everything, so much WOW that there is really no one thing that stands out, everything is rediculously good.So this is my attempt to fulfill my dream , as well as yours, I personally guarantee your gonna say WOW.Thanks for reading.

So benches are being installed today, at least three are, I built over 40ft of bench space, 36ft down one wall, and 8ft plus a corner wrap with 45degree cutoffs(its so sick).So 3 ten footers are being installed today, then off to get counter tops, installing those later today as well.A little plumbing for the sink we need in the shop, my bathroom is sterile clean so dont want it messy from washing up.lol.Also nice to have a desk and phone system working, cell phone gets blown up.lol
