2GB is it - about 50 min of video. I carry 2 when I go out.

You can use a 4gb card in the camera but cant have a file larger the 2gb. There is a update coming at some point to allow for 4gb files.

I read that if you're not careful and record over 2gb, the file is trashed and unreadable.

Yeah but 2gb is like 56 min. I am not worried about that since I will mostly use it on DH type rides, I dont know of any 56 min DH.
