I don't know how old you are and I'm not trying to be mean or harsh, but you seem to be really immature and childish. I know your probably a pretty good kid at heart and your just trying to have some harmless fun. The problem is that no one gets your sense of humor and you don't know the definition of the word "prank". Just because your acting stupid and annoying doesn't make it a prank. Nor is it funny just because you are embarrassing your self. What you are doing is just goofing off and filming it. A prank would be playing a joke on someone or fooling them and then letting them in on the joke and having them laugh with you.
Plus, with the stuff your pulling on perfect strangers you better be ready for the consequences. Not everybody can take a joke. Especially from you since you don't seem to know what's funny, how to play a practical joke or respect someone else's personal space. If you keep it up, one day you're going to cross the line with the wrong person.

Try and think back and remember all the dumb things you all did as kids. My guess is that they were just as stupid and ill-conceived as the things this kid is doing. Heck, when I was younger I had done some of the same things he has and am not afraid to admit it (Like the turn your windshield washer jets and shoot people walking on the streets with water). I have also done things much worse (but at the time, I thought they were funny and my friends and I got a good laugh).

As long as he isn't raping men/women/children/animals, robing liquor stores, stealing bikes, shooting people, shooting heroin, snorting coke, etc, etc... Then I don't think there is a problem. Yeah, he might get a beating if he pisses off the wrong person on a bad day, but that is all part of being a kid.

Yah, I did the windshield washer thing too but I would never of thought of driving around in a parking lot squirting random people and then laughing at them. I knew that was a good way to get my ass beat. I only did it to people I knew.
The problem is that he acts much younger than he actually is and he doesn't respect bounderies. I'm guessing since he's been driving for over a year he is probably at the minimum 17 almost 18 but he acts like he's 14. I'm no phsychologist but I'm guessing he's probably left alone alot and doesn't have much guidance in his life so he doesn't know manners and does stupid things just as a way to get attention.

So, I actually went out and took a look to see what all the fuss is about...
If you guys didn't find any humor in the you tube vid, then as ChrisB says, you may have forgotten what you did as a kid

Fundamentally the difference between now and say 35 years ago when I was that age, is now you have the internet and the internet is forever.
These pranks will be there when Garrett applies for college, a job and someday either a husband or a wife.

All in good humor and as Garrett himself stated in a sober state of mind. I remember my high school days when I got bored (didn't yet drink back then) and we would ride shopping carts in the Wal-Mart parking lot at a rate of speed that should have required a helmet!!

Lets give the kid a break. Pranks are pranks and as long as no animals or persons are harmed then live and let live.

I Just watched those videos and there isn't anything funny about them...where was the prank? Wannabe jackass stunts...thats the problem with youtube.....people make videos and they look like total idiots.. Reminds me of the facebook southpark.....if you want to make a funny video maybe jump off a cliff with no parachute.
