So yesterday I was in a lab computer and had to use IE (shudder) and noticed an ugly gap on the right side, among other smaller issues. Everything works fine, it's just aesthetics.

I'll work on getting that fixed this weekend when I'll have some time.

Just letting the IE users out there know that they're loved too . . .

Using IE7, I do not see that problem. Was using Firefox...I likey IE7 more.
That's good to hear. IE7 was supposed to be more standards compliant then IE6. I personally havent had a chance to really sit down and compare the two but it seems they did fix a few things. I saw the 'goof' on a machine with IE6.

What I like about IE7 over Firefox is that in IE7 the tabbed browser bar actualy loads the websites instead of a favorites type of tab bar in Firefox. If you use dailup IE7 not a good idea. I can also run IE7 with all add ons disabled...safer browsing, faster loading. With Vista going Gold, IE7 must be out of Beta.

i still haev dial up. i cant get anything else where i am at, not for a reasonable price. they want like 300.00 set up and 119.00 a month for satilite. eff that, ill stay stuck int he 90's.

Whats the "STR LINKS" thing on the bottom left of the webpage? I can't click on it or anything?

George,

In the last 3 days, I've been having problems viewing the forums with Firefox 1.5.0.8. If I leave STR and check out other websites then come back, the Forums page won't load. It's blank for me. The only way I can fix this is clear out my cookies and cache. No problems with IE 6.0.29. Just an fyi, I should probably just upgrade to Firefox 2.0.

There was a fairly major software change/addition to the forums a few days ago so it's probably because of that. There were a few issues like what you described during the software install but I thought they got cleared up.

Does it still do that to you or was it just once? Anybody else have any logging in/logging out/forums not loading issues?

Sounds like you got a log jammer. My logging is fine, thank you.
