What do you think about the French Laundry Cookbook? (I'm guessing it's big format, glossy and expensive - like his food...?)

I'd take your copy of Escoffier if it's in good condition. Name your price.

Are you a Culinary Student? That's a great list for a student although I would add Larousse Gastronomique if that is the case.

Please let me know if you are interested in anything.

How is Anthony Bourdain’s Les Halles Cookbook? I still need to read "Kitchen Confidential" too. I'm drooling at all these books you have.

Just curious but what level Sommelier are you? I was offered to take the course to be a level 1 Sommelier but I declined, it would have been a great experience though!

I'm a level 1 som, I am no longer a chef cause the hours were not conducive to me being the type of father I wanted to be.

The list at the top is update so all those books are available. Let me know if you are interested in any or if I can help you pick anything out.

PM sent about the wine book.
