I'm impressed. Twice I had to use Fox Shox warranty service and twice they did a great job. I sometimes hear people bag on them about lousy service but that has not been my experience.

First time 1 week turnaround, second time 9 day turnaround. No hassles at all.

While I wish I didn't have to use warranty in the first place, at least they didn't make me work through a dealer and there was never a question that they would stand behind their product.

I wish all manufacturers were like this.

I have to agree with you. Fox's warranty service is awesome. I had my triad blow out and i sent it in on warranty and had it back in 2 weeks. pretty good since they did a great job with it and i haven't had problems since.

My only experience with them so far has been ordering bushings to fit a new shock to my Turner. Email and phone service was great and I got the bushings within a couple of days at an absurdly reasonable price. I'd give them two thumbs up, but the closest graemlin available is :bang:

werd on that craigger, i just ordered a new rear spring for the coiler. i emailed them sunday night about it, i had an email around 10 am this morning from them explaining exactly how i needed to go about ordering the spring, what number to dial, and what extension to use. hopefully i get it by the end of the week.
