fox dhx 3 leaking

i bought a used reign x 2008 last week, i noticed there is some oil after the ride, is this normal or should i worry about this? TIA

Doesn't look too bad, but if you start noticing a decrease in performance, or it starts leaking faster, time for a rebuild.

That doesn't look bad at all. I wouldn't worry about it. It just looks like a little blow by. Just keep an eye on it and like Garrett said if it get's any worse or you notice it not working correctly have it serviced. Although you probably should have it serviced every year anyways.
