I ride a lot of road to get to the trailhead here in Pasadena. I live in East Pasadena, and JPL is on the west side of town. I hate to involve a car when riding, so I leave from my driveway. The new Flux is right on point for this job. I can get across town pretty fast with the new 27.5's and turn a lBrown Mountain/ El Prieto loop and head home. Works out to 14 miles. Luckily there is the Rancho Bar at the top of Lake. Good stop on the way home.
