Will never pass up a chance to be the token "trail male", as you two put it.

I'll gladly check my ego at the door and attempt to keep up with ya'll...

turns out I can't make tuesdays, so will be hitting up garrets big adventure monday night. The route is Blackstar to Sierra and back rolling at 5:30 from the gate at a 2 hour pace. Not sure if you can change to Monday donkey, if you can go for it. I think we have 4-5 riders so far.

well, Garret had to change the start time to 5:30 (just now) but we should be able to do it no problem , sunset at 7:38, and it stays light out later than that (but if any flats will have to change them quick). If it is getting late we can turn around at any time, maybe even at beeks if need be. I am not bringing lights.

This should be good, see you there.

5 peeps showed for last nights hammerfest, I mean ride, I am bad with names but I think it was VonSkipp,
c(','c), Garret, Adam Burndum and normanhus.

good ride, garret blazed as usual and we all met up at Beeks and went a little further before deciding to turn around to avoid descending in the dark. Then more blazing back down, good stuff.

I had a PR of sub-50 minutes gate to gate, so was really happy about that, and several others were sub-50 too.

who in for next monday?

Chasing Garrett and Paul up to Beeks was a lot of fun. I'll try to make it every week until I get totally sick of riding Blackstar.

Were going to start at 5 o'clock this time right?

Indulge me for a second, this might be actually the perfect time to crank out a short fast one, definately some recovery time afterwards, if you can cut back the volume for the rest of the week but keep up the intensity and feel fresh for Saturday I would do it, or at least a few hard efforts on the way up. I think 5:00 is the time, check it out; http://www.geoladders.com/schedule_popup.php?hilite=2542

Your right. Tapering does involve shorter workouts at higher intensity. The hardest part of tapering for me is that I am training for multiple races such as triathlons, where I have to keep up the running and swimming.

Looks like I am Garrets teamate now. I'm rocking the ORANGE CAMO now!!
