Electrician? Hot Tub Wiring Needed.

    Hey Gang.. I just bought a used hot tub and need an electrician to hook up the juice.. I figured I would see if anyone needs the work.

    I suspect the panel will need to be tapped into and routed to a subpanel near the hot tub.. It is a 4 wire (2 hot, 1 grnd, 1 neutral) unit that will need to be connected to a GFCI..

    I can handle all the trenching and majority of conduit I believe.

    Depending on size of hot tub, you may need a sub panel breaker capable of 40 or 50 Amps being pulled off your main panel, assuming your main panel will handle the additional load. Sometimes, you need a new main panel also when you put in a hot tub.
