Well I pay rent also but I have a great deal on that to. I live in a 2br 2bath 2 car garage condo for only $800 a month + association fee which is $200 and I have a roomate so I only pay $500 for rent.

Agree........if not used correctly. My wife and I put everthing on our Visa and pay it off every month.

At the end of the year we cash out out "rewards" and get about $1,000 to $1,500. Also the fact that we purchase something and pay for it in 30 days.......
