Just wanted to say it was a cold commute this morning. I only go from Corona to Orange and back after work but when the wind can't make up its mind on which way to blow...and the temp is under 30.....it lets you know which part of your skin is not covered up:lol:
Good times but honestly I love commuting!

I wish I could ride my bike to school, but the extra 30lbs in books wouldn't be fun to carry on the 50 mile trip

I drive the 1 mile too, but I don't work with trustworthy people....would rather my car stolen than my bike, it has better insurance ;)

These past three days of riding to work have been WAY cold. If it was 30 - 40 degrees and you're riding at 15 - 20 miles and hour, what temp do you think it's at with the wind chill??

I used to drive the stagecoach at Knott's - up 10' and in the wind.
We figured out that it drops 5-15 degrees more from the air temp when you factor in the wind.

I'm lucky I only have a 3 mile commute to work and I am able to keep the bike in my office. I must say that when its warmer I sometimes wish for a longer commute to work and take a longer way. :bang: HPIM1126.JPG
